Sisko Electrofanatik drops his debut release on the Hydrozoa record label that’s previously featured music by artists ranging from BEC to Alex Stein.
The release also features a remix from Germany’s Lampé who is the label boss of Alula Tunes in addition to also having releases on other record labels such as POPOF’s Form.
Based in the Italian city of Rome, Sisko Electrofanatik is a talented techno producer who has made a name for himself with top-selling releases on influential record labels including Alan Fitzpatrick’s We Are The Brave, Markantonio’s AnalyticTrail and Spartaque’s Codex.
Many also know Sisko Electrofanatik for his own label Gain Records and his explosive DJ sets across Italy and other parts of the world, as he regularly headlines nightclubs and plays festival main stages. His music has also been supported in the sets of artists ranging from Adam Bayer to Pan-Pot.
‘Apnea’ opens the release with its pulsating bassline, driving kick drum and electric lead synth that’s intertwined with hints of euphoria and chopped vocal phrases. Lampé’s remix of Apnea is a refined and hypnotic version that focuses on the original’s dark atmosphere. ‘Long Signal Form’ is the second of the two originals and its acid bassline combines with fast-flowing rhythms to deliver an unrelenting energy.
