Josh Butler’s electrifying presence and innovative blend of house and techno continue to shape the global electronic music landscape. As the boss of Origins Rcrds, Butler proves time and time again just why his music has forever been in the record bags of the scene’s biggest names. Known for his deep roots in house music, Butler effortlessly transitions between peak-time anthems and deeper, dubby after-hours sounds. He first made waves in 2013 with his breakout hit, ‘Got a Feeling,’ released on MTA Records. This house anthem quickly became a global sensation, dominating dance floors and radio waves, and earning a Beatport award for Best Selling Remix.

Since then, Josh Butler has released a series of chart-topping tracks on esteemed labels including Defected, Hot Creations, Solid Grooves, Poker Flat, Crosstown Rebels, Origins Rcrds, Rejected, and Kaoz Theory. His signature sound, characterized by rich grooves, soulful melodies, and sophisticated production techniques, has attracted a loyal international fan base.

Butler’s prowess as a DJ has taken him to some of the world’s most iconic venues and festivals. His performances at Glastonbury, Elrow (NYC & Ibiza), DC10, Amnesia, Hi Ibiza, and Insomniac festivals in the USA have cemented his reputation for delivering dynamic sets.
