Brazilian DJ/producer Cour T. releases his new EP, ‘Confined’ showcasing the 19-year-old DJ’s funky yet smooth signature style in two highly addictive tracks. Under the mentorship of label boss, Claude VonStroke, ‘Confined marks the Dirtybird prodigy’s 6th release on the label.
In line with his trademark eccentric synths, intense bass lines, and funky electro vibe, Cour T. layers a rolling bass and choppy vocals to kick things off on ‘Confined.’ ‘White Wind Hoodie’ takes listeners on a 5-minute breezy synth journey with a soft landing for the EP.
Starting off 2021 with his wildly successful ‘Monalisa’ EP, Cour T. is showing no signs of slowing down with his latest release. Native to Curitiba, the Brazilian DJ/producer was educated at the Yellow DJ Academy and quickly began shopping his productions from there. After impressing Claude VonStroke, Cour T. became the label’s youngest resident at the age of 16.
Since then, Cour T. has released five EP’s and was a Dirtybird Twitch regular with his own weekly program, “The Brazil Show”, which ended with “The Brazil Festival”, bringing together 29 Brazilian artists over 3 consecutive days, presenting the Brazilian House Music emerging scene that he is very proudly sitting at the center. Cour T. rounded out 2021 with his second international tour, passing through cities such as San Francisco, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, and San Diego.
