DJ Seinfeld announces debut album ahead of November North American Tour

Barcelona based DJ Seinfeld announces his long-awaited debut album “Time Spent Away From U” on Lobster Fury, avaialble on November 3rd. The album is the follow up to a year of jam-packed releases on labels E-Beamz, Natural Sciences, and Endotherm.

The concept behind ‘Time Spent Away From U’ is an extended post-heartbreak love letter, delivered via the medium of the dance floor. The tracks deliver a journey throught the diverse shades of modern and vintage House and Techno by implementing stuttering acid and heaving breaks. Presented on the label collaboration of Meda Fury & Lobster Theremin.

DJ Seinfeld does not hold back when channeling his personal, emotional content in his production style. The album explores the theme of heartbreak in a warm fashion, and raw house style yet also implements that classic 90’s sound. Breakbeat rollers and hammering acid dance cuts are also identified in some of the album’s tracks such as ‘Bring U Back’, ‘Too Late For U’ & I Saw Her Kiss Him In Front Of Me and I Was Like Wtf’, and  ‘How You Make Me Feel.’

The album holds true to DJ Seinfelds style of bumping dance tracks . No snippet ambient, no album filler, just concrete-slabbed impassioned bangers from the heart. As DJ Seinfeld simply puts himself, “there’s no room for ambiguity on this record”.
