Dashka back on form with ‘Stand Tall’ EP

Dashka’s skills in the studio know little boundaries. In recent times, the Corkman has impressed in producing both the chillest of the chill (in the form of ‘Sunshowers’) and countless mainroom bangers (‘Solo’ and the ‘Closer’ collaboration with Matteo Dimarr are particular highlights).

One should hardly be surprised, his work to date has won support from some of the biggest names out there, Steve Angello, Judge Jules & Alesso to name a few and it’s seen him feature on the likes of Size, Spinnin’ and Zulu. A fun Fact: he’s also had the pleasure of being remixed by Ajuna Beats’ Mat Zo. Well, He’s continued his rise with a top class EP on Maquina Music. Taking things deep, he’s forged a quality three-track EP lead by ‘Stand Tall’, a downtempo, melody driven collaboration with Stellar C. Track two ‘Mantra’ has more underground touch, the track builds emphatically and explodes into a rhythmically impressive drum pattern. Last but certainly not least, is piano piece ‘Shimmer’, a fitting end to the EP and an exhibition of the producer’s instrumental talents.
